Connecting People

RSAWEB is a leading Internet Service Provider in South Africa and through our founders’ desire to educate and empower people, we have been providing free connectivity to schools since 2015. By connecting learners, we are able to connect them with high quality learning material and teaching resources to ensure we are able to educate those where our government has failed. Nelson Mandela said, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”. RSAWEB recently assisted the Gary Kirsten Foundation with free WiFi for their Township Cricket Centre of Excellence at Chris Hani Secondary School in Khayelitsha. With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, RSAWEB has expanded this initiative to hospitals, delivering free internet connectivity for maternity patients and staff. This special project is run through RSAWEB’s social impact and non-profit organisation – The  RAMP Foundation.

Our Mission

RSAWEB’s #InItTogether campaign wants to raise funds for the RAMP Foundation so that they can provide free connectivity in hospitals, educational facilities, and other social projects in underprivileged communities across South Africa. Newborn Groote Schuur Trust

RSAWEB’s first #InItTogether project, in conjunction with the Newborn Groote Schuur Trust, will provide the Groote Schuur neonatal unit, including over 40 moms, access to free WiFi so that they can have a video call with their family. The family will, in turn, be able to see and interact with mom and baby for the first time since birth.
